A WEEKEND AT HOME

A weekend at home surrounded by the Hudson river, mountains, and some of my favorite people & places. Sometimes you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city... and sometimes all you need is a coffee from the shop next to the local farm stand & a breathtaking view to take in. Staying Cool in Boston

Boston is always fun to visit! Started the day off with some lunch at Mei Mei Street Kitchen food truck with this delicious scallion 'pancake' with pesto, Vermont cheddar cheese, and two poached eggs. All natural and alllll organic. I love the gourmet food truck vibe. Then we visited the Science Museum- got to go inside the butterfly garden. After that, went to the cookie monster food truck (yes, another food truck) and got some ice cream sandwiches. I got red velvet and the boy got oatmeal raisin! Later in the day we played it cool and roamed around the public gardens and the Quincy Market area, and eventually got dinner/did some shopping at Zara on Newbury Street! Great day, ya'll.
